Wow! Can’t beat the expert staff and service. Their mechanical knowledge is unmatched and the vehicle detailing they recently started offering is excellent. The detailing they did on my truck’s paint looks better than when it was new and better protected from the elements too.

The team at First Class Automotive is incredible. It’s sad to say that, as a female, I don’t always feel comfortable in an automotive situations. We’re not always treated with respect. Literally every person at First Class made me feel valued and appreciated. They never made me feel less than or naive. Excellent service! Shop is cleaner than a Microprocessor chip lab. My Mercedes was towed in there January. It had been in my garage since last August after I gave up on it. They brought it back you life! Everyone is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! I got all emotional when I finally picked it up this week. It was like the final scene of An Officer and a Gentleman. Thank you First Class!!!

This was my first visit and won't be my last. First impressions from the moment I walked in was a very friendly, very clean and very professional atmosphere. I went in for routine maintenance on a 15 year old Toyota and they checked a few additional things as requested. They recognized a few things to look out for and took the time to discuss that some of the items noticed were just "notes in their system" without any urgency. I never got the impression at all that there was any up-selling or anything but pure professionalism in their review of the minor things they found. I'll certainly be back. They were recommended by a friend and I can see why after that visit.

I came back to First Class after many years of mediocre, overpriced, unnecessary services and sheer incompetence by independent shops and dealerships. As a woman, the condescending remarks directed to me were not necessary or warranted. At First Class I am treated with respect and my questions are answered as if they are important. The service representative calls with suggestions of repairs needed and prioritizes the need for repairs. We then decide what services will be done. I know the exact price for each item and have no surprises when I pick my car up. My car loves being pampered at First Class. I cannot imagine taking it elsewhere.
