- Greeting customers and creating a positive first impression.
- Listening attentively to customers' concerns and vehicle issues.
- Recording customer information and vehicle details accurately.
- Collaborating with our skilled technicians to diagnose and recommend appropriate services or repairs.
- Providing customers with clear explanations of recommended services and associated costs
- Assisting customers in scheduling appointments and ensuring their service needs are met efficiently.
- Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
- Addressing any questions or concerns that customers may have
- Ensuring the service area is organized and maintaining a clean, professional environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- A passion for automobiles and a desire to learn about automotive systems.
