This was my second time using 1st Class and once again it was a great experience. They are very polite, well informed and fair. I am happy I found them.

My first time at First Class Auto and I was very pleased. I was honestly just tired of the charges I was getting at the Mercedes dealer. First Class were very professional, explained everything but no high-pressure sales pitch and the prices were very reasonable. This is my new go to place for my Mercedes.

Have enjoyed great service on both of my vehicles with 1st Class Automotive. Dealer recommended repairs/estimates seemed very high in cost. Chris and Team. at 1st class determined dealer was WAY wrong with diagnosis (head light system replacement, and big $$ estimate). My car was fixed @ 1st Class, and additional work completed (rear breaks), for less than dealer for head lights alone. These folks at 1st Class are pros, and honest. Highly recommend giving this auto shop a chance to work on your car. You will fell satisfied with their work.
