We experienced small, intermittent oil leaks for several months. We searched for the source of the leak, changed the oil pan gasket, etc., and the oil leaks continued. We then noticed an additional fluid leak. Previously, First Class Automotive had done some work on our SAAB 9-3 so we turned to them for help with our VW CC. They were able to diagnose the problem; a new, improved water pump was installed and the problem has been resolved. The folks are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They answered all our questions and we are confident in their work. We will definitely use their services again, and will recommend them to friends.
