Have enjoyed great service on both of my vehicles with 1st Class Automotive. Dealer recommended repairs/estimates seemed very high in cost. Chris and Team. at 1st class determined dealer was WAY wrong with diagnosis (head light system replacement, and big $$ estimate). My car was fixed @ 1st Class, and additional work completed (rear breaks), for less than dealer for head lights alone. These folks at 1st Class are pros, and honest. Highly recommend giving this auto shop a chance to work on your car. You will fell satisfied with their work.

Got my tires replaced here and needed an alignment. They showed me what was wrong with my tires, which my dealer had missed. They also gave me a timeline on other service I need in future and didn’t push anything on me. I will definitely be back!

Staff is always very pleasant and caring. Whenever I have a vehicle issue, I'm always very comfortable knowing that my car will carry on and I will be safe.

Chris and Megan are very professional and extremely helpful. They do their best to provide excellent customer service. I had an extended service need and Chris kept me informed and up to date on all repairs and parts orders, which in my case, needed to come from Germany. I only trust these guys with my car.
