After a bad experience at another independent shop much closer to where I live (the owner yelled at my wife when she asked a simple question about the work they did), we've been happily driving the extra 10 miles to take the family cars (BMW 3-series, Fiat 500, two Priuses, Subaru XTrek) to First Class. In over 5 years, I've had only "first class" experience -- not only with the quality of work but with the quality of service. In that time, I've observed the meticulous care with which they treat not only the vehicles but the customers themselves. Principals / owners Jed and Harry are always more than happy to meet you to explain their work and fees. They've gone the extra mile themselves to help me find solutions for things that their shop doesn't do. I recommend this group to everyone I know and can't recommend them highly enough.
