Chris had the patience of a saint in dealing with me and our Jaguar battery issue. He was extremely helpful and took care of our problem perfectly. We had several chats in which we gave me important, good information about many topics. All is now good with our vehicle, and we will continue to use 1st Class with any new issues that may take place. Chelsea was also excellent, too, in handling the payment and pick up of our car.

Fanatic customer service. Harry and his team concern themselves with being proportionate and understanding of the client's communicated situation. Some want the car "restored," whereas others need a creative and economic solution. Either way, the customer is treated as the most important person in the room. 1st Class is appropriately named.
