How First Class GAVE me a new BMW 650 I've been a First Class customer going on 15 years and have previously written about how they deliver the "Hat Trick" of auto service. (Expertise, Value & TRUST!) I had a "hesitation" problem with my Certified 650 that neither the BMW dealer.... NOR BMW Corporate would address, let alone fix. It was always "we can't find anything wrong". During my FIRST oil change visit to 1st Class after the extended (& free) coverage ended I happened to mention my frustration. After a quick check, they had a theory and suggested a service I had never heard of my entire life. (and my dad was a career mechanic) But this is where the TRUST factor kicks in. With anyone else I would have assumed they were working on getting a bigger boat. I had the service done and was given back an ENTIRELY NEW CAR! Theses guys earn their reputation every day.
