I appreciate the team's quick response to my concern. I was referred to 1st Class by another former BMW owner who said "they will take good care of you." And he was right. They diagnosed the problem, explained to me what was going on, allowed me to look at where the problem was, and take pictures. The repairs were done within a day and I'm on the road again!
