I called at the last minute for an oil change becasuse my oil was below the minimum oil level. I was concerned about driving with this low oil level. First Class was slammed and still was able to work me in and take care of my issue. I really appreciate them going above and beyond the call of duty to help me!! Thanks First Class!

I waited for maintenance to be completed and all was done in the timeframe promised. The customer service is always great and even the waiting area coffee is good!

I own a 2013 E350 that I drive 25K miles a year for business. 1st Class is the only place I will take my car outside of the dealer for any kind of service and I avoid the dealer when ever possible. 1st Class is professional, meets the completion deadlines we agree too, and I do not have any surprises when the bill comes. I also never feel like they are selling me services that I do not need. I have done business with them for over 10 years and have always been very happy.
