Honest,reliably, communication is great, they understand the customer and communicate at every step. No one is better for honest, correct and accurate car ,SUV,truck repair I have ever found around here for newer cars... I have many ( yes,to many cars) and first class is first class to all of them. Don't waist ur time looking anywhere else, 25 years I have been in the area. I know top quality,and am always very pleased!

Had issue with the brakes on my 2003 BMW 530i. We brought the car by the shop for review and correction. 1st Class Auto provided a ride to the nearby Mall and picked us up after the repair was completed. Excellent service and responsiveness. As always.
