Harry and Jed are so knowledgeable about cars and everyone on the staff does a great job in communicating to their customers the work that needs to be done in an understandable way. You guys always give great service and the car is running well again although it takes longer to actually turnover when starting. Not sure what that's about. I was a bit miffed regarding the change from the stated estimate and the final bill - not a big deal and probably won't chase me off, but my question was handled poorly at pickup.

Done quickly, and within estimate. Cannot ask for better than that.
