Thorough. Took care of what we needed done and let us know about issues we'll want to monitor. Also advised us about things that we should not reasonably expect to get any worse (translation: kept us from paying for an unnecessary repair).
Service was great. Had a loaner car. They diagnosed the problem, had the right diagnostic equipment and were ultra-helpful and courteous!
