Excellent service: diagnosed problem quickly and also completed routine service

This was a 120K checkup/maintenance on my 2008 Prius. When I got it back it drove almost as well (and was almost as clean) as the loaner they let me borrow for the day. Seriously, though...these folks run an excellent shop -- not just their technical expertise, but the courtesy, friendliness, and all the "intangibles" make it the best. (Even though my sole complaint is that they're not closer to where I live, I'll continue to drive across town in heavy traffic to take my car there for large and small needs.)

They did a pre purchase service for a car I was buying. They were quick and thorough with review. In addition, they provided a printout of next scheduled maintenance that would be due with details and estimated cost. The First Class crew is always friendly, courteous and helpful.

All repairs were accomplished. The car was ready when promised, and no repairs were made without consultation.
