Excellent as usual even provided a loaner for my spur of the moment repairs, even got a nice car wash and vacuumed out the interior.

everybody was very friendly and accommodating to my needs.

They found all the stuff I forgot to tell them about and fixed it all.

First Class has done quality work on our very old Volvo for years now. This trip we had a MAJOR repair/replace of the evaporator for the A/C on our 1995 Volvo. It was a competitive price and they did neat, quality work and the A/C now runs like the car is brand new. They allowed me to use a loaner car for free and that was a huge plus since the work took about 4 days to complete. What we like about First Class is that they are "can do" people. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly to work with. They don't give you the "uh oh" look when you go in there with a problem. They work with you to solve the problem with confidence and excellence. They just do a great job.
