First Class has done quality work on our very old Volvo for years now. This trip we had a MAJOR repair/replace of the evaporator for the A/C on our 1995 Volvo. It was a competitive price and they did neat, quality work and the A/C now runs like the car is brand new. They allowed me to use a loaner car for free and that was a huge plus since the work took about 4 days to complete. What we like about First Class is that they are "can do" people. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly to work with. They don't give you the "uh oh" look when you go in there with a problem. They work with you to solve the problem with confidence and excellence. They just do a great job.

I picked up my car and noticed when I got to the end of Oak Forest that my windshield was cracked on the passenger side. I immediately called and spoke to Chris. He checked with the tech and he said that he did not notice the crack. I had new windshield wipers installed it would be hard to miss the crack. Cracked windshields tear up new windshield wipers so it was surprising that they would be put on in that situation. I am unsure if the crack occurred on the tow truck or in the shop. Either way, the crack would be hard to miss while installing the new wiper blades. I have been bringing my cars for several years with great satisfaction. I think that is an oversight.

Hi Paula,Sorry we missed the crack in the windshield. I did talk to Chris & Mike (the Technician) and Mike didn't pick up on the crack. We pride ourselves in being thourogh so please accept my apology for missing it. Thanks for also giving us the feedback, thats how we grow and get better!Harry
