I've been going to First Class for one or more cars since 1998. The quality of work has always been superior and they stand behind theirservice. It's nice to get a clean,car back too.

Excellent job on my Volvo S80 service. Timely and professional.

My car is a bit out of the ordinary, a 2005, 4.2 liter Jaguar S-type so I'm careful where I take it to be serviced. The "1st Class" service is reliable, reasonable priced and friendly. They get it done quickly and leave me with confidence that it is done right. They are my repair shop!

Did exactly as promised. On time. price was approximately 1/2 price quoted from Johnson Lexus, except did not include customary (for Johnson lexus) carwash. I noticed the type oil they used was not what was recommended by Lexus 0-20 vs 5W40 used by 1st Class.
