Always top notch customer service. I don't choose First Class because they are the cheapest - but because there is value in the extras they provide. Like washing my car while they have it in for service.That said, my car was washed, but not dried. The water droplets on the surface will likely spot - not a huge problem, just makes my next car wash necessary a few days sooner.

This was our second experience with First Class Automotive and the service was excellent, from setting up the diagnostic appointment to picking up our vehicle. The car is running great(and freshly washed), and we will absolutely use them again.

Had everything ready when I arrived, including loaner car. Was able to do windshield molding replacement for less than anticipated. I always feel my car is well cared for when it is at First Class.
