I have been bringing all our cars - '96, '03 and '04 Lexus - to First Class for about 10 years. They never try to "hustle" me. They have actually several times suggested that certain items and issues "can wait 'til next time". My experience is that they are at least 1/3 less expensive than the dealer's service dept. The Service Advisors are very attentive and knowledgable as are of course, Harry and Jed - the owners. And I like that when I go there they know my name and remember my cars! Gary Weiss, Cary NC
