My service level was excellent. The work was explained clearly and the service both times was shorter than anticipated. I observed three other women during my wait and they also had good experiences. The service technicians explained options and were patient in answering my questions. After years of using another service group we took our X5 to 1st Class for a complete head to toe service. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. The people at 1st Class keep you informed throughout the repair process and when you get your auto back it feels like new.
