Took my car in to have Airbag module replaced... Excellent service, competence, and timeliness of repair given the part needed to be ordered.I highly and fully recommend 1st Class Auto.

I have been bringing all our cars - '96, '03 and '04 Lexus - to First Class for about 10 years. They never try to "hustle" me. They have actually several times suggested that certain items and issues "can wait 'til next time". My experience is that they are at least 1/3 less expensive than the dealer's service dept. The Service Advisors are very attentive and knowledgable as are of course, Harry and Jed - the owners. And I like that when I go there they know my name and remember my cars! Gary Weiss, Cary NC

I was pleased to have my car serviced at 1st Class recently for two reasons: In addition to the basic service I requested, (1) their review of my vehicle revealed a problem that was promptly addressed with my consent, and (2) I was provided with a loaner vehicle which enabled me to meet my work commitments without missing a step.

As always, completely satified. Question: Why doesn't the rating allow for 5 stars? I have tried several times and it always indicates 4.5, although the 5th star is filled in completely

Even when things go wrong, and they do, these guys are on top of it. I had to return my vehicle with an oil leak, turns out my previous repair was the problem, but they fixed it, no questions. Finding a company with integrity - priceless.The best guys around for fixing my BMW. Thank you.

My first visit was a great experience. The manager and staff were very friendy and courteous. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. I was also impressed with the clean and well organized shop area. The price I paid for my service was the same price I was quoted.
