I had a clogged drain that allowed A/C condensation to drain into the car leaving a terrible odor. FC took care of it immediately and vacuumed out the excess water. FC willingness to see me right away helped alleviate a terrible odor that would only get worse.

Over the past 5 years we have had our 2003 530I in 1st Class for numerous issues. Nothing major but still a pain in the wallet. Everytime we have been treated very well. Last time Chris did a great job helping my wife who had to bring the car in. Great job in the shop and front office. Just heavy on the wallet.

I'd made an appointment. The car was taken in on time, and the work (alignment)was done promptly, and well. I've had problems with other shops not knowing how to align this car, but 1st Class truly lives up to it's name. Great job!

Had a problem with the brake pedal going down to the floor board before stopping the car.First Class identified the problem and did a good job on fixing the problem. The brake pedal is now where it should be.
