Bought a 2005 911S that needed some love. The First Class team replaced the clutch, spark plugs, the two mismatched tires (aligned it also) and an oil service. They were great to work with, the communication was excellent and it was like getting a different car back when they were done. I am glad I have a new team to take care of the car and I bet it is too. My 2007 335i will be visiting First Class soon...

Excellent experience! The timing of the completion of the work done on my car couldn't have been better. Very timely, as I had to leave for my job just as the work on my car was finished and test driven.Also, the cleanliness I found my car in was awesome!! I am quite fussy about my wheels and they were immaculate. Tires shone too. Mats were vacuumed. Great job!! Thanks First Class Automotive.

I made an appointment. I asked them on the day of the appointment they gave me a ride back from the shop. They fixed the car in an economical way the same day. They picked me up to get my car back.

I will not take my vehicles anywhere else for service. All service techs are NOT the same! These guys were able to troubleshoot a rare problem with my car, explained it to me in clear layman's terms and charged a very fair rate to resolve. Problem solved completely!

They are the best. Top notch in communication and in getting the job done well.
