Yesterday's repair of the leaking transmission seal and the flush/fill of brake fluid - along with a couple of other minor maintenance issues - was a another example of your shop's professionalism and expertise. Everyone was so accomodating. I was taken care of with professionalism and respect. I am having more work done on my vehicle by First Class Automotive in the next few months and look forward to my visits there. It has been a good experience for me.

Had my wife's X5 in for 75000 mi servicing and several other problems. As always they did a great job on all of the items needed. The only negative was the vehicle was in the shop for four days. Also all the guys there kept me well informed on the progress. We have been a customer of 1st Class for quite o few years and I wouldn't trust me wife's vehicle with anyone else.
Excellent---came in for oil change and they found a leak in the oil sensor seal--could have been big problem if not detected and repaired: were able to complete all repairs while I waited.
