First Class Automotive lives up to their name! FCA has serviced my MINI Coopers for about ten years (maybe more). Stellar team on many levels!

I had Tire Pressure Monitor Switched (TPMS), tires replaced and wheel alignment. There was an unexpected issue that with new TPMS and it was corrected immediately without hassle. I would rate this automotive service shop as FIRST CLASS!

Shaggy was tasked with working on my sons new 2003 Mercedes C320 Coupe. We knew it would need a great deal of work. Shaggy went over the car bumper to bumper. He recommended necessary work, and we talked about what could wait. My desire was to make the vehicle dependably road-worthy. After all was said and done, First Class delivered. When I was serving in the Army, there were certain individuals that you knew and trusted; cooks, supply, transport and mechanics. I must say I feel the same about First Class Automotive. The staff is exceptional and the services are excellent. I am so glad that I saw an ad and was led to have my car serviced.

I have always left as a satisfied customer after getting my car serviced here. Yesterday there was an issue I had with my method of pay and the manager Chelsea was extremely kind. She treated me as a human being and with respect. With her help and the two front desk teammates Shaggy and Tyler, we were able to take care of my car. I appreciate it and will continue to refer people here!!!
