⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was referred to First Class Automotive by a trusted automotive enthusiast in 1999 and have been using them ever since then. That was when Harry Whyte, owner of First Class Automotive, entered my life and has kept my cars running for years longer than expected. Whether it’s a big and expensive repair to a simple oil change and state inspection, the company’s name appropriately describes everything about them and their First Class Service! From booking appointments so I can have a loaner car to identifying problems and offering honest solutions and service and delivering a cleaned car after the work is done; they are the definition of First Class service! From the first time I used them in 1999, except when my vehicles have been under dealer warranty, First Class is my first and last call for repairs, oil change, inspection, etc! Their rates are more than fair and when my large SUV needed new tires, no one in the area could touch their price. Several years ago my son found a great deal on what he thought was his dream car. I suggested he take the car for a pre-purchase inspection to First Class and he did. He was disappointed to learn there was major undisclosed rust issues but was relieved that First Class had discovered the problems so it never became his nightmare car destined for constant repairs. Fast forward a few years and my beloved SUV was showing signs of needing future and costly repairs. After Harry and his awesome team, Chelsey, Megan and Chris, got me in for an inspection of the issues I had noted, they once again gave me an honest assessment of what had to be fixed now and what would have to be repaired in the future. The overall repairs were going to add up and so the decision was made that it was time to get a new car. With Harry’s guidance on which would be the best makes and model cars for me, I set out trying to find the best deal to meet my needs and wants. I did find that the cars that Harry recommended would fit my needs and after a short search, one in particular was just perfect. The car had everything I wanted at the price I needed and so I feared that maybe it really was just too good to be true. This week during the offs and ons of a winter snowstorm, Harry and his team were able to do an unscheduled, pre-purchase inspection for me. When Harry came out and said it was a great car, in great shape and a very good deal, I had all the proof and confidence I needed to seal the deal. I’ve lived in North Carolina all of my life and in the Raleigh/Triangle area for most of it. Can't imagine that you can find a better group of professional people in our area who work so well as a team, who feel like trusted friends, who understand life happens when you have to change an appointment, who work you into their schedule when you have an emergency, who have your safety and best interests at heart, who are excited for you when you get a new car and who have a better long time reputation than First Class Auto! Highly recommend First Class Automotive and their 5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service!
