Took our X3 in for diagnostics and repair. It took a few days to test and resolve the problem. This was pointed out up front as a possibility. A second round of teasing pointed to a secondary problem and the team kept working to get to the root of it all. Updates wer provided with regularity, and repairs explained as required or preferred. All runs very well now.

The only reason I'm not giving a "5-star rating" is to keep you guys on your toes! Yesterday's repair of the leaking transmission seal and the flush/fill of brake fluid - along with a couple of other minor maintenance issues - was a another example of your shop's professionalism and expertise. Thank you for the good work and your hospitality! See you in a couple of months for an oil change.
