Everything went as scheduled and repairs were handled as we had discussed.

They did a pre purchase service for a car I was buying. They were quick and thorough with review. In addition, they provided a printout of next scheduled maintenance that would be due with details and estimated cost. The First Class crew is always friendly, courteous and helpful.

All repairs were accomplished. The car was ready when promised, and no repairs were made without consultation.

Quality work, however little pricey.

Excellent as usual even provided a loaner for my spur of the moment repairs, even got a nice car wash and vacuumed out the interior.

everybody was very friendly and accommodating to my needs.

I had a wonderful first experience with 1st class and I look forward to them taking care of all my care care needs. I own a Mercedes C240 and it relieves me to know that professionals are working on my vehicle.

They found all the stuff I forgot to tell them about and fixed it all.
