staff is very kind, a thorough assessment done each scheduled visit and i am always contacted before they move forward with service as needed, especially love the great loner cars! They also wash and vacuum my car before giving it back to me. Nice touch guys!

I usually feel that I'm kept informed on the status of my car. But I think there is a new young man, Tate maybe, who was very friendly, however when I would call he would check on the status and find out that they were doing another test or the technician was out to lunch, and then he wouldn't call back to let me know what happened, so I was left wondering as to what was going on. I realize that my issue was a bit unusual and took a lot of research, so there wasn't much progress being made. It is just important to get status updates each day (or am/pm) in order to plan how long you'll be without your car. Again, he was very friendly, I just felt that he needed to be a little more assertive in the follow-up.It's always so nice to get a clean car back!! THANK YOU!

Hi Lindsay,You are right. Tate saw the review and felt very bad about the lack of communication during the process. He was not sure what to tell you because we were still trying to diagnose this very intermittant problem. He now understands the need for contact during the process even if it is just to say we are not finished yet. I am sorry if you were left uninformed but we will correct that next time. First time customer at First Class Automotive. Porsche 911 was in for service and checkup. They took good care of my car. I received several calls to discuss suggested and necessary work to be performed, along with the cost of each. No $ surprises when I picked up the car and I felt they did a great job on repairs. Again, I will be returning here for future service to my vehicle.

The quality of service was excellent, the techs are very very well train, and gets it right the first time. They really know how to take care of their customers and put the customer experience first and forth most. Great team and great customer service. I've taken my 1994 BMW 740 to 1st Class since I got it in 1997. It now has 255,000 miles and still drives better than most new cars. 1st Class has been the reason I have no squeaks or inoperable features. They are not the least expensive shop but they have saved me money by keeping my car driving so well that I did not need to sell it.

It's always refreshing to know that whatever needs to be done with my car will be explained well, with options presented if more than one course of action is possible. Loaners are available and clean! Scheduling service via reminder emails is a breeze. Definitely a case of service with a smile.
