The people at First Class are subject matter experts with years of experience. They take time to explore repair options and give choices. They do not "upsell" unnecessary services. I've taken my BMWs to them for almost 25 years and will continue to do so.

Wow! Can’t beat the expert staff and service. Their mechanical knowledge is unmatched and the vehicle detailing they recently started offering is excellent. The detailing they did on my truck’s paint looks better than when it was new and better protected from the elements too.

The team at First Class Automotive is incredible. It’s sad to say that, as a female, I don’t always feel comfortable in an automotive situations. We’re not always treated with respect. Literally every person at First Class made me feel valued and appreciated. They never made me feel less than or naive. They did not upcharge me for things I did not need and they gave me 100% transparency. I will never go anywhere else for my automotive needs. Thank you Chris, Chelsea and team for making me a priority and providing amazing service!
