I have had great service at 1st Class Auto. I do have two suggestions though. I had my car there for a couple days and a few days later I got pulled and received a ticket for an expired tag. I know I should have been aware of this, but never received a reminder and had no clue it had expired. If possible, when working on someone's car, could you remind them if the tag is expired? Also, it is so nice to have the front car mats vacuumed. Would it be too much trouble to vacuum out the back seat mats as well? That is just such a nice treat, and very much appreciated. No complaints, just ideas to improve on your already wonderful car care. Thanks!
Thanks for the input Shelley. You are right we should have advised you that the plate was about to expire. We check every plate as the vehicle is written up to see if it's due for a NC Insoection. I am sorry we didn't catch yours. Same goes for the rear mats in the car. I have had that conversation before with our wash guy & will have it again this afternoon when he gets here. Thanks again for the feed back. This is how we are able to correct problems here. Jed or I try to drive every car before it leaves to catch these types of things. Your comments will make us better!
