Thorough and amiable; It was easy to come in, have it all explained and everyone pleasant to deal with. What a contrast to the shops that act as tho they are doing you a big favor for you to enter their domain! A big thanks to all!

I have been taking my Lexus and BMW to 1st Class for about 5 years. I have always been treated friendly and fairly. My car is always done on time and clean when I pick it up. It's less expensive than the dealer and their work is great. I will not take my cars anywhere else.
