My service was completed promptly and thoroughly in my unscheduled visit. The staff understood my immediate automotive needs and responded wonderfully in their results.

Everything was very professional except I was told it would take about an hour and 4 hours later I had to call to find out they were still working on the vehicle

We were referred by a friend and drove from Greensboro to Raleigh to have our car repaired. Service was quick and thorough. We were also advised of further maintenance issues that will need attention a little later in the year. Price for the work done was reasonable and estimates of the future maintenance issues were also itemized and printed for us before we left. Wow!! Talk about efficient!!! Employees were very friendly and professional. Our friend who referred us was absolutely right - well worth the drive!!!!! We were very pleased!!
