Excellent service! Shop is cleaner than a Microprocessor chip lab. My Mercedes was towed in there January. It had been in my garage since last August after I gave up on it. They brought it back you life! Everyone is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! I got all emotional when I finally picked it up this week. It was like the final scene of An Officer and a Gentleman. Thank you First Class!!!

I had out-of-town guests whose car broke down. We were desperate to get it fixed when someone recommended 1st Class Automotive. Our first and only experience has made us committed and dedicated customers for life! They were honest, efficient, professional, understanding, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend trusting them with your vehicle. Megan, Chelsea, and Harry went above and beyond for us, and we cannot thank them enough!

When your car is a make that has earned a reputation for being very costly to repair becomes inoperable on the road, 800 miles from home, you get a stressful feeling. I chose to have my 2013 Mercedes E350 towed to 1st Class Automotive on the basis of some reviews I read online regarding Mercedes repair shops in Raleigh. I am very happy with my choice of FCA to repair my car. I was very tense about the choice the first few days, because the shop owner told me that the standard Mercedes diagnosis tools were not pointing to a specific issue. The diagnostic results did not really give any guidance on how he should most economically proceed. This was concerning, because it suggested that the search for the problem could become quite involved and costly. I was very relieved to learn that the shop actually found the issue with my car by examining the car's repair history and performing a detailed inspection of a repair done 16 months prior to this current issue, as the cause of the previous repair shared some the Error Messages my car was displaying. The technician found that a wiring harness had been improperly installed when the earlier repair was performed, and the harness had been dragging on a rotating shaft, wearing into the cable sheathing and probably creating tension/stress on the cable connection points. They properly rerouted the cable, assuring there was no damage to the inner wiring in the harness and securing the cable as it should be. I got my car out of 1st Class's shop, drove the 820 miles back home in 12-1/2 hours, without a hiccup. 1st Class Automotive could have easily justified charging me twice as much as they did, based on the length of time the car was at their shop. I have never been more pleased with the knowledge, experience and business approach of a repair shop in my 75 years, as I am with 1st Class Automotive. Raleigh is lucky to have them there, and when/if my car ever puts me down again, I hope I'm near enough to Raleigh to use the services of 1st Class to get me back on the road.
