From my 1st call to First Class, I was wowed by their professionalism and what we used to automatically expect of great service. They asked questions, called me back promptly, and once my car was there, didn't try and charge me for needles work. I will certainly use them again and refer to others.

Harry ,Chris and the team are always fantastic, honest, and get the work done right first time. I bought a 2001 car for my son and they took it, checked everything out to make sure it was safe. Fixed what needed fixing and now I know it is safe for him to drive around in. I have trusted them with all of my cars for years. They are a bit more expensive than some others but way less than the dealership and you are going to get quality and reliability every time. As my dad used to say “ if you pay peanuts you get monkeys” when it comes to our cars it’s first class automotive all the way thanks guys!

Incredible experience! Highly-knowledgeable, extremely communicative, technologically-advanced (from most all other repair shops), and HONEST AND TRANSPARENT. I had authorized a quote for a full brake job and they called to let me know that, from a safety standpoint, I didn’t really need new brakes. We discussed the shudder I was feeling, decided on front brakes only, and away we went. Had a loaner through the process, only took two days, and car feels great afterwards. Seriously, the level of transparency instead of just slapping on $3k worth of brakes and calling it a day has earned a customer for life. Don’t hesitate to use these guys regardless of make, they’ll treat you right!
