Always great service!

This was my first visit to 1st Class Automotive and will not be my last. I was treated like a lifetime customer. I needed routine maintenance on my Audi A4. Additionally there was a popping/knocking noise in the front end suspension. A competing garage diagnosed the problem several months ago and said I needed to replace both axles at $900 each. The second opinion I got from 1st class was a loose fastener on the left front thrust arm. Everything was tightened up and torqued to specifications. The noise was resolved for less than $150! Why would I ever take my Audi anywhere else? Great job 1st class! Will be taking the wife’s Lexus there very soon.

Top level service. I have been coming here for 10 years and never had an issue once. Every time any of my cars come in for maintenance the problem is solved on that 1 visit. The shop is extremely clean and provide red carpet service to customers.

These people are simply great. They have taken care of my cars for many years, and the service is always… well, first class.

The staff are friendly. They got me in and out in less than 90 minutes replaced the front breaks. Would have given 5 stars, BUT after the service was complete, they told me the brake light had not reset itself. That if I wasn't comfortable with the break light being on, I could come back and have a diagnostic test done to see what the problem was, $154.00. So before I left the parking lot, I went into the cars service menu and reset the brake light. Brake light turned off. Drove 87 miles home. Brake light is still off. Slightly confused as to why the mechanic didn't do this. All in all though, great work. I would go here again.

Excellent service as always. Never hesitate to take your vehicles to First Class Auto. Very efficient and they only do what is necessary without all the hidden fees‼️They give you the most and best estimates anyone could possibly expect. We would highly recommend.
