Was referred by a friend after purchasing a car. They did a post inspection for me and found some minor issues that would have normally went unnoticed. With these issues currently being covered by the dealer I was able to communicate that back to the dealer and with the paperwork supplied by 1st auto everything is now being addressed. The entire team was great. Everyone kept me informed as to what was going on. The most “stand out” thing if this company is that they want to get it right for you! They did not rush and start replacing parts, when stumbled with the issue I was having, the did some research looking for the root cause, rather than a bandaid of swapping parts. I will never take my Mercedes back to the dealer.
