I had my car towed to First Class Automotive on the recommendation of a coworker and was very impressed. They were upfront about when my car was likely to be evaluated and met all their timelines. Based on their initial diagnostic evaluation, they did some research and found that my car was under a recall order for something that may be related to the issue I was having. Based on this they recommended I take it to the dealership as they did not want to charge me money for repairs that could be covered under the recall. They prepared me for what to expect at the dealership and this knowledge helped me advocate for myself. They turned out to be 100% correct and the repairs (which could be upward of $2500) were covered under the recall. Although they didn't end up doing the repair work on my car, I really appreciated their efficiency and communication.
