1st Class has been my choice for the last 20-21 years, and I don't see that changing. Originally you serviced whatever Mercedes I was driving at the time. But when you added "Family Fleet" service I added my truck to the list. Occasionally someone will ask who I use for my vehicles. I always tell them there is no reason to shop around, just go to 1st Class and they will be well cared for.

I had a wonderful experience with Chris and the team at First Class Auto and I would highly recommend FCA to others. I brought my vehicle in for an A/C service (possible repair) and they were able to quickly Identify the issue and make the fix. I also didn’t have to miss any time at work, as they were able to drop me off and pick me up at my office using their courtesy shuttle (Thanks Jackie!). I’m so glad to have found First Class Automotive and I look forward to a establishing a long-term relationship with them!
