I brought my 2017 Audi Q7 here. I was looking for an alternative to the Audi dealer. First - making an appointment on line was simple. I had to make a change and again, it was very easy to do with the on line chat. Second - when I arrived to drop off my car the entire drop-off took a minute. It was a breeze! Third - I had a good idea of the work that needed to be done but the technician said they would perform a thorough inspection. He kept me informed throughout the day and was honest about what work I should have done right away and what could wait until the next service. Fourth - Picking up the car took about 2 minutes and it was even washed and vacuumed, which I did not expect and was a pleasant surprise. The prices were very fair. My husband also owns an Audi and we will be taking our cars here for service in the future.
