I came back to First Class after many years of mediocre, overpriced, unnecessary services and sheer incompetence by independent shops and dealerships. As a woman, the condescending remarks directed to me were not necessary or warranted. At First Class I am treated with respect and my questions are answered as if they are important. The service representative calls with suggestions of repairs needed and prioritizes the need for repairs. We then decide what services will be done. I know the exact price for each item and have no surprises when I pick my car up. My car loves being pampered at First Class. I cannot imagine taking it elsewhere.
