Great customer service and great mechanics

I took my bmw here for wheel alignment and truthfully this people take pride in what they do. The technician spent over 2hrs to get it right. The technician took three test drives to make sure he got it right. They are very polite professional and honest. They even wash your car after service. Thank you guys

The 1st Class Team was FIRST CLASS in keeping me in the communication of my repairs as parts were needed that were not readily available. Having a loaner car was a nice touch (although I don't look good in a Jetta) Harry and his team manager Chris are wonderful stand up gentleman and very trust worthy and for someone that doesn't understand the mechanics very well I knew they were being truthful in the issues my 8 yr old car faced. If you’ve trusted the GREAT Service and have saved $ vs the Dealers for over 18 yrs and 6? different cars what more can you say. They will tell you when you SHOULD/MUST do a service but they’ll also tell you when it’s truly optional and could wait. That, and I fell like Norm in Cheers when I arrive.
