Flawless service. Absolutely flawless. I've been a devoted customer for over 20 years. I suspect many think that 1'st Class focuses only on so-called "high end" vehicles. But I recently learned that they welcome virtually all makes and models. That's good news for the general public. Good people, top-notch service, and very fair pricing even if you're not driving a $110,000 automobile!

Great work by 1st Class on a very difficult situation with my BMW. Started with a need for de-carbonizing intake manifold based on sluggish performance upon acceleration, then moved to cracked #5 spark plug and bad coil, then on to X-Drive transfer case replacement. Had third-party extended warranty policy from a company that didn't want to pay anything. 1st Class communicated with the warranty company and convinced them to pay some of the bill.

Great customer service, friendly staff, went above and beyond. Highly recommend them.
