The staff at FCA have always been extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Perhaps most importantly, they've always been very transparent in communicating with me about what may or may not be going on with my car at any given time (including whether a particular issue needs immediate attention or can wait). They also do a great job of explaining technical/mechanical information in a way that makes sense for the lay person.

I was so impressed today. I was able to get in the same day, the service was fast and they went above and beyond. Because I’m a healthcare worker they gave me a discount which I truly appreciated, but they didn’t stop there. They checked my tires and filled to appropriate levels, gave the car a once over and checked a couple of dashboard alerts that needed to be reset. On top of all this they vacuumed, wiped down the interior and washed the outside, all of which was just so thoughtful. I want to sing their names from the balcony, I will definitely recommend to everyone I know here in Raleigh and have never been so impressed with service. Thank you, you made my day!
