These guys know what they’re doing. Went to 2 different shops to try to get my tires balanced and neither of them succeeded. I took it to the guys over at First Class Automotive and they got it right the first try. Thank you for taking your time with it and doing it right the first time around. 5/5

Chose 1st Class Automotive to install new tires and an alignment on a g35 because they were highly rated on TireRack. Staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating. They worked with my schedule and setting up an appointment was easy. Great service and communication. The technicians left me an overview of my car and recommendations to get it in a better shape, which I really appreciate.

I was stranded on the highway with a blown engine! In a real bind for sure. I called first class automotive and they took the stress away. Sent a tow truck to me in a matter of minutes and provided a loner car as they worked to fix my problem! Very friendly knowledgeable staff and could I not have been more impressed.
