I needed my 2013 Fiat 500, which had sat undriven and gathering dust for months, to be "revived", renewed, and reinvigorated inside and out so that I could put it on the market. Once it arrived by tow truck, the 1st Class team took over. The transformation was amazing -- not just in the way the car drives, but how it looks (like it did the day I drove it off the car lot 6 years ago). Every single person on the team -- from the head of the company to the friendly guy who picked me up at home to bring me to the car -- played a role. It speaks volumes about how they operate.

I can't say enough good things about First Class Automotive. They are fast, friendly accommodating and dependable. I was able to drop my vehicle after hours because they have a drop box for keys. I left it on a Friday, on Monday morning I got a follow up call from Megan letting me know they were on it. My problem was diagnosed in Monday. My truck was all good and ready to roll by Wednesday. It would have been Tuesday, but I asked them to look at the AC and another issue. Chris communicates often to let you know what's going on, but he's not over the top with it. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great auto repair service.
